Subtenant wanted!

Hi, I am Laura and I would like to lend you my cozy living/office room for 1-1.5 months. You can move in from July 1st or, if agreed, even a bit earlier - we can find a solution together. We can also discuss flexibly how to handle the furniture - whether you want to take over mine or bring your own.

Everything you need is there - your own washing tower, stable Wi-Fi, a storage room, and if needed, a parking space.

The apartment is located in the quiet Tribschen district, but perfectly connected - the bus stop is really right at the front door and a bus to the train station/city center runs every 2-3 minutes (5 min ride).

You have several shopping options within walking distance and the beautiful Richard-Wagner-Park or the Ufschötti (another park by the lake) to relax.

Your roommate is Christoph (and his incredibly sweet dog Franz). Chris has his own company and is mostly in the office during the day. In the evenings he comes home, likes to cook quite delicious things, takes Franz out for a walk again, or solves tricky IT problems on his PC. On weekends he loves to go to the mountains and engage in all kinds of action.

Franz is an Australian Shepherd and the sweetest dog in the world. He will be incredibly happy every time you come home and will throw himself joyfully at your feet so you can pet his belly.
