Looking for a new roommate starting July 1st
If you dream of living in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery while being just a stone's throw from downtown Lausanne, this shared apartment might appeal to you! The house is located two minutes walk from the Fourmi stop.
A 12 m² room is available from July 1st. It is partially furnished (bed, small dresser).
The shared apartment
We are currently two roommates:
? A 47-year-old woman, active in the social field
? A 34-year-old man, researcher
We are quite independent, calm, and enjoy sharing spontaneous moments over a meal, an aperitif, or a discussion - without the community life being too structured.
A cat already lives with us,
What we are looking for

? Who accepts the presence of my cat
? Solvent (request for a rent guarantee)

? Rent: charges included (electricity, heating, water, wi-fi, Serafe)
? Common areas: large veranda, wooded garden (possibility of vegetable garden!)
? Room: located in a semi-basement space. Cool in summer, but a bit humid - a dehumidifier is provided for comfort.
? Equipment available: washing machine, dishwasher, equipped kitchen
? Parking space available for 30 CHF/month

Community life & small commitments
Some occasional expenses are shared (like garbage bags, cleaning products, etc.), and we appreciate a little help from time to time to maintain the outdoors - for example, giving the lawn a mow when needed. Nothing too demanding, but a participatory spirit is welcome
