A cozy 7 m2 room will be free starting in August (yes, it's small, but thanks to the loft bed, the space is used super efficiently, making it both comfortable and charming). Rent is 575.- per month, plus 90.- for utilities, so 665.- total.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer...), a shared bathroom, a living room with a balcony, and a stunning view of the lake. There's also a laundry room and a storage cellar in the building.

The flat is close to plenty of shops : Métropole is a 10-minute walk, and Coop Pronto and Denner are about 7 minutes away.

You'll be living with Matteo, Alessandro, and Joya. We usually speak English at home, but we're also comfortable in French and Italian.

We're looking for someone (preferably not a student) who's friendly, respectful, and up for sharing some good times together.
