The flat is centrally located right next to Neugut tram station. Stettbach and Wallisellen train stations are only a short walk away.

Glattzentrum, Zurich's biggest shopping mall is only 5 min walk where you can find everything. Right next to the flat, you have immediate access to a gym, Aldi (supermarket), 24h petrol station market, restaurants, cafes,a bar and lots of various shops. It's a lively area with a super quiet envoriment.

You also have a bike storage, a bike path along the river that goes all the way to Dubendorf. If you like walking or cycling in the nature, this would be the ideal place for you.

The place is fully furnished. You can come with your luggage and you are all set. You will share the place with one female (living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony area) who is in her mid 20s, professional, French/Welsh mixed.

I have my own section but I mostly away. I have my own mini kitchen and bathroom so we'll only share the entrance.
