Single room for rent - 1762 Givisiez, Place de Boccard 10

Hello :)
We have been living since May 2023 with 8 people in a large and beautiful mansion of 600m2 in Givisiez.
It has 8 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 winter garden of 50m2 and a large garden of 300m2.
Two places will be available until May and June 2025, the exact dates are yet to be defined.

Two rooms will be available:
On the ground floor, right next to the entrance, is room 38.1 m2 large and the rent is 680.-
On the 1st floor, the second room is 22.6 m2 large and the rent is 600 CHF.

Neither of the two rooms will be furnished! For both, the additional costs are about 120-150 CHF (with cleaning staff)

Here we are more than just a shared apartment: we are a small family where goodwill, respect, and sharing are essential. We like to spend time together, talk over a meal, relax in the garden, and make the house a warm and welcoming home for everyone. We are looking for people who share this desire to create a convivial and respectful living space where everyone can feel safe. Openness, communication, and consideration for others are important values for us. If you are just looking for a room to store your things without much interaction, this shared apartment is probably not what you are looking for. Of course, everyone has their own freedom and rhythm, but what matters to us is building a true home together where we feel comfortable and enjoy living together. We want to grow together and support each other.

The 6 people you will live with, to give you a little idea:
Raph - 28 years old, pianist and music producer, joker, likes to relax at home as much as going to techno parties
Luca - 31 years old, works in the telecom sector and often works from home, guitarist in 2 different bands, gamer, and interested in many things
Pablo - 27 years old, artist who writes songs and teaches writing courses, loves deep conversations. He is 87% quinoa
Mathilde - 28 years old, sporty and often on hiking or biking tours, likes to laugh, techno/trance parties, and deep conversations about life
Arianna - 27 years old, always in a good mood, listening to birds or observing flowers, climber and clubber, but also always ready to explain things about science
Emma - 26 years old, loves to walk in nature, solve puzzles, dance until late at night, and have conversations about tea.

A few more practical information that might interest you:
? The mansion is near a PubliBike station and several bus stops. Four buses per hour go to Fribourg.
? We have a mega-cool garden with vegetables
? We are next to a garden with mega-cool guinea pigs
? We prefer gentle mobility, but there is enough space to park in front of the mansion at no extra cost.
