I am looking for two flatmates to join a beautiful, bright 4-room apartment (approx. 90 m2) located at Giesshübelstrasse 10 in Zurich, just steps away from Sihlcity. The area is extremely well connected – tram, bus, and S-Bahn stops are all nearby, as well as shops, cafés, and green spaces along the Sihl river.

• Room 1: approx. 18 m2, with small balcony, approx. CHF 1200
• Room 2: approx. 15 m2, approx. CHF 1100
• Cozy living room, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom
• Washer-dryer in the bathroom
• Private storage unit (Kellerabteil) included
• Shared spaces are fully furnished
• Bedrooms can be taken over with some furniture if desired
• Move-in: preferably July 2025, August is also possible
• Unlimited lease (not time-limited)

About the flatshare & myself:
I'm 25, finishing my degree at the University of St. Gallen and starting my legal traineeship in February. I tend to have a busy schedule and enjoy a calm and respectful living environment, though I appreciate occasional chats and a friendly atmosphere.

I'm looking for two people, ideally aged 23–30, who are either finishing their studies or already working (young professionals).
Non-smokers only, and unfortunately no pets.
