You have ideal connections with the public transportation and are quickly everywhere around, 16min to Oerlikon / 21min Zürich HB mainstation / 32 to ETH/University. Also shopping opportunities, nature, etc. are all close by. The house is very big and has everything you need like a big garden, terrace, own washing room, etc. The neighbourhood is a residential district so its always quiet peaceful.
