We are looking for a flatmate starting from August or September. We will be leaving the apartment at the end of January and are therefore looking for a subtenant who will take over the apartment for a longer term. The desired furniture can be taken over.

About us:
We are 3 male students (mid-20s) from the University of St. Gallen, all studying Law & Economics at the Master's level.

About the apartment:
It is a 12 square meter WG room in a 130 square meter maisonette apartment in the Lachen district of the city of St. Gallen. The apartment has a total of 6 rooms, including a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a small WC in the basement. The apartment also has a small balcony. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and has a dishwasher. The entire apartment is already furnished. The apartment was renovated a few years ago and is therefore in good condition.
To the university, it takes 15 minutes by public transport, and the train station can be reached in 5 minutes by public transport.

The rent is 620 CHF per person.
