Single room for rent - 8032 Zürich, Englischviertelstrasse 10

I (f), 32 years old with my dog Happy (13 years old) are looking for a new flatmate, by arrangement, for our dream apartment including a private roof terrace, directly near Hottingerplatz.

You will receive a room including a dressing room (see floor plan). I currently still use the second small room as storage. We could possibly set up our shared home office here and use the room together. The shared rooms have already been furnished with my furniture. However, a dining table is still missing and your participation in the design of the apartment.

Who would you be living with? I am a young, active, open-minded, helpful 32-year-old. I have only been living in Zurich for a year. I have my own camper van with which my dog and I often go on weekend trips. I love being in nature or enjoying beautiful evenings on the roof terrace with a BBQ with friends or alone. I almost never say no to great conversations with a glass of wine, cocktails or beer. From time to time I also like to explore the nightlife of Zurich.

Happy is almost 13 years old and a friendly and playful senior who loves cuddles above all else. Believe me, he will do everything to wrap you around his little finger and become your new best friend.

Who am I looking for?
You are communicative, animal-loving, respectful, uncomplicated, helpful and appreciate living together in a shared flat. You appreciate this dream apartment including the familiar living environment with the 3 other tenant parties, just like me.

Your age or gender is irrelevant to me. You would like to help me design our roof terrace of over 30m², which has sun all day long. Whether vegetables, herbs or flowers, there are no limits here.
