I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my lease for a 14.5m² room in a bright and well-located 67m² 3.5-room apartment at Buehlstrasse 10. The room is available from April 15, but there is a possibility to move in a few days earlier as it may be empty before. It will be unfurnished, as I'll be taking my belongings with me. However, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished and shared with my flatmate, Fabio, who is respectful and easygoing.

• Wiedikon train station: 12 minutes on foot.
• Zurich HB: About 15 minutes by tram or train.
• Convenient area: Supermarkets, gyms, and other amenities within walking distance.
• Bright and sunny: The building gets sunlight in the morning and afternoon, especially in the living room.

• Laundry & storage: Available in the basement.
• Furniture: The common areas are furnished, and I'm open to discussing if you'd like to take over some items.
Why I'm leaving
I'm moving in with my partner, but this is a great place to live!
