The room is 14.9m2 large and furnished. It is very bright due to a south-facing window, and you can even catch a glimpse of the lake. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and includes two bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a small living and dining area. Additional storage space is available in a basement compartment. The house has a common room and a rooftop terrace with a fire pit.

We are looking for a reliable, tidy, and sociable person who enjoys living in a shared apartment. Due to Marius2's semester abroad, we are looking for someone to sublet the furnished room from the beginning of August until the end of January 2026. Since Dome will be moving out at the end of January 2026, his unfurnished room can be taken over seamlessly. Therefore, we are looking for a longer-term roommate.

We are Dome (24), Michael (25), and Marius2 (both 23). We maintain a sociable atmosphere, cook together regularly, or enjoy a small beer on the rooftop terrace.

Dome studies Digital Construction with a focus on architecture at HSLU in Horw and works part-time in Zurich. In his free time, he engages in various sports.

Michael usually wanders around the mountains; otherwise, he works at a start-up in Zurich.

Marius1 studies Energy and Environmental Technology at HSLU in Horw. Professionally, he pursues his passion for beer and is a big football fan.

Marius2 studies architecture at HSLU in Horw and will go abroad for a semester in the fall.
