Single room for rent - 6010 Kriens, Ziegeleiweg 1

You will share the apartment (from August 1st or earlier by arrangement) with two great roommates, who will briefly introduce themselves:

• My name is Sina, I am 24 years old and study interior architecture at HSLU in Horw. In my free time, I like to spend my time outdoors - whether it's sports or at the nearby lake. I am rather a quiet person, but I am always up for an outing or a joint evening.

• I am Alessia, 25 years old, and also study part-time interior architecture at HSLU T&A. Besides my studies, I find balance on the ice, where I work as a figure skating coach. I am an open-minded and communicative person, but I also enjoy a few quiet moments.

You fit perfectly with us if you:
• are open, cheerful, and uncomplicated
• are ideally between 20 and 26 years old
• preferably do not smoke
• are female (but not a must)
• want to take over the main rent, as our main tenant is moving out and we both will likely move out in summer 26 as well.

The apartment is located in Ziegeleipark and is only a 7-minute walk from the Lucerne University T&A. Within 5 minutes you can also reach the Pilatusmarkt and the Horw train station. With the S4 or S5, you are only 8 minutes away from Lucerne main station.

• Room area: 11 m² – small but nice
• shared kitchen/dining room with small loggia
• shared bathroom + additional toilet
• modern furnishings, as the residential complex was only recently completed

• park in the immediate vicinity for relaxing in nature

The residents in Ziegeleipark are diverse and adventurous. Occasionally, neighbors meet in the lobby for a joint evening beer or for a barbecue on the rooftop terrace.
