The apartment is located 15 minutes walk from EPFL and only 20 meters from a bus stop.

The room is furnished by the owner with a desk, a bedside table, wooden shelves next to the bedside table, a wardrobe, a lamp, and two chairs.

Personal belongings shown in the photos will be removed.

The building has a shared (paid) washing machine and dryer, as well as a space to store bicycles and scooters on the first floor.

I am moving and looking for someone to take over my contract. The lease starts on April 1st, with a rent of 800 CHF per month (including charges).
