The 2 rooms are very large. You can choose between:

furnished room (white furniture) with desk and wardrobe, various shelves, etc. with balcony access 17.5m2 facing west or

furnished room (wood-colored furniture) with desk and wardrobe, various shelves, etc. 14.3m2 facing east

Right next to the rooms is the bathroom, WC.

The rooms are located on the 2nd floor (lift access) in my 2-story 5 1/2 Z attic apartment 174m2 with shared kitchen and large shared living room. Each floor has a separate bathroom. Laundry room available. TV, WLAN, Netflix available. We have a visitor parking space and a bike room. The apartment is very centrally located in Beromünster on the edge of the green zone. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away.

I am retired, 67, and live alone in the large apartment. Since my children moved out, the beautiful rooms have been empty. I am often away traveling and do a lot of sports. I am open, sociable, uncomplicated, and spontaneous. However, I also appreciate peace and respect the privacy of each roommate. Discretion, honesty, and cleanliness are a matter of course for me.
