Hey there! Two rooms in our cozy four-and-a-half-room apartment (used as a shared flat for three flatmates, 116 sqm) in St. Gallen will become available from July and August onwards (the larger room will become available from July onwards, while the smaller one will become available from August onwards). The apartment is very centrally located at Rosenheimstrasse 1 (290m away from Migros and Denner), 900m away from the main university building (and closer for the buildings that aren't on the top of the hill ), and 1.6km away from the main train station (three bus stops via lines 3 and 4 , the apartment is very well connected to public transportation, or 15 minutes walking). The two available rooms are 16.7 and 18.5sqm big respectively, and very bright (see blueprint and pictures below). The apartment contains a living room, one large bathroom (including two sinks), a smaller toilet, a balcony, a private terrace (perfect for barbecues), as well as a spacious basement compartment with space to hang clothes. The rent for the rooms is CHF 630 and CHF 590 respectively. Both prices include the costs for heating and water (electricity is extra and costs about CHF 15 per month). If needed, a parking lot can also be rented from the house's administration :). You'd be sharing the apartment with me :). I'm 30 years old, Brazilian-German, and currently doing my PhD in International Affairs and Political Economy at the university. I'm a very openminded person and have a very positive outlook on life (my friends keep saying that I'm always smiling ;)).
