Single room for rent - 8953 Dietikon, Rainackerweg 1

Hey, I'm Luana (30), I work as a family companion and live with my older dog Luigi (13) – who is with my sisters on the weekends – in a bright, cozy apartment near the edge of the forest in Dietikon. From October or by arrangement, a room of about 14 m² will be available. The house is located quietly in a 30 km/h zone, the tram is reachable in 5 minutes on foot, swimming pool and green spaces are just around the corner.

I live vegan, you don't have to – but it would be nice if you bring a certain environmental awareness and handle resources respectfully. Cleanliness and personal responsibility are also very important to me – not pedantic, but reliable. I wish for a person who thinks for themselves :)

I like to be at home, love brunches with friends or family, balcony time, but also excursions for hiking, climbing, or pottery. I'm not looking for a purpose-driven shared apartment, but also not for constant entertainment – a friendly, calm coexistence with mutual space would be nice.

Rent: 1300 CHF – this includes utilities and internet.
A garage space can be rented for 150 CHF per month if needed.
