The living spaces are connected by a corridor, which also leads from the entrance to the kitchen. The Nänikon train station is a relaxed 15-minute walk from the apartment, from where a train departs every 15 minutes towards Zurich and also towards Hinwil. I am Gerry, 38 years old, and I occupy the other 2 rooms. In this way, I am looking for a subtenant.
