The apartment is composed of 2 big rooms, each with double bed. However, one room will be used by me as the primary tenant. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. The initial contract will be made for 7-8 months and then subject to negotiation for extension. Thus, the initial contract will be made only from the beginning of July 2025 or anything that is acceptable for both to February 2026 and will be subjected for further renewal after discussion post this period.
