Single garage for rent - 8008 Zürich, Mainaustrasse 49

From July 17 or by arrangement, I am looking for a new tenant for my underground parking space in Seefeld in Zurich (Parking space No. 13 in the pictures).

The address of the building is on Mainaustrasse, but the access to the underground garage is from Florastrasse.

The parking space is "normal" size - my Skoda Octavia fits comfortably on it. For very tall vehicles like vans or very large SUVs, the parking space is not optimally suitable. The usable height at the wall is only about 1.60 m due to the ventilation shaft located there.
