In the underground garage of building 141, parking spaces are rented:

Rental price:

• Parking space: CHF 130.-/month
• For internal tenants of the storage area, a reduced rent of CHF 110.- / month applies.
• Parking space with charging station: CHF 140.- / month for internal tenants and CHF 160.- / month for external persons.

Special features:

A semi-automatic parking system has been installed in the parking hall. Therefore, the following points must be specially noted:

• Vehicles that are higher than 1.75 m, wider than 2.10 m, or longer than 4.85 m cannot be parked in the parking hall.
• The maximum weight of a vehicle (including load) must not exceed 2 tons.
• The platform will be adjusted and set up for a vehicle before the first use. Therefore, it is not possible to use the space with vehicles of different sizes.

• The two locked gates provide double protection against theft and vandalism for vehicles.
• No damage from unauthorized parking is possible.

Location:

• The parking hall is located at the southern end of the storage area in building 141.
