We are renting out an underground parking space in the new building of the Mehrwerk Inventx development at Hofgraben 1 in Chur, available immediately or by arrangement. The parking space is equipped with a charging station for electric cars.

The new building is located near the Quader Center at the edge of the old town. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, cantonal hospital, or Welschdörfli. Access to the underground garage on the second basement level is via the Obere Quader parking garage (Coop).
