- 1 TV corner with a sofa bed (for 2 people)

- A covered space (table for 10 to 12 people) and outdoor kitchen
- Spaces for leisure, etc.



The rental conditions are as follows: (Weekly rental)


Rental price:
Low season Fr. 1,500.-/week
Mid season Fr. 1,900.-/week
High season Fr. 2,200.-/week


Cleaning fee: Fr. 100.- for final cleaning

Deposit Fr. 1,000.- paid on arrival and refunded on departure subject to an inventory check

Payment conditions:

- 20% deposit: upon reservation (contract signing)
- 80%: 60 days before the arrival date

No cancellations possible, from the payment 60 days before.
