Rental price:
Low season Fr. 1'500.- / week
Mid season Fr. 1'900.- / week
High season Fr. 2'200.- / week


Cleaning fee: Fr. 100.- for final cleaning

Deposit Fr. 1'000.- to be paid on arrival and refunded on departure, subject to handover

Payment terms:

- 20% deposit: upon booking (contract signing)
- 80%: 60 days before the arrival date

No cancellation possible, after payment 60 days in advance.
