We rent our house from summer 2025, if possible partially furnished. It is semi-detached and has a large garden with a total of 3 seating areas and a roof terrace.
The living floor was completely renovated 2 years ago and is now open-plan and with underfloor heating. The kitchen consists of a lot of storage space, a large cooking island, a high-pressure steamer, oven, dishwasher and a high table with 4 bar stools. The living and dining room consists of a large table, a high-quality corner sofa (fold-out to a double bed) with coffee table and plenty of storage space in the wall. A beamer is attached to the ceiling. The large electric motor screen (size approx. 230cm x 140cm) completes the TV experience.
The 2 bathrooms (with a total of 2 showers and an extra large bathtub) and 4 bedrooms/children's rooms (not or only gently renovated) complete the house. One room is very small and one is very large (can also be divided). In the basement there is plenty of storage and hobby room, a large built-in wardrobe with 4 doors, a single garage and the (rather small but well-partitioned) laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The geothermal heat pump and controlled ventilation are also in the basement.
The location and surroundings leave nothing to be desired. The Boppartshof school is a stone's throw away and various public transport connections, shopping and nature are in the immediate vicinity.
