This half of a semi-detached house has 3 floors. On the ground floor are the open kitchen with living room, and the bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor is the large bathroom with two sinks, and 3 rooms. On the 2nd floor are two rooms, including the largest room, with sloping roof and roof windows. There is also a balcony and a large garden. Larger projects for the garden can be viewed with the landlord. In the basement there are also 3 rooms, where the washing column is located. Additional costs are not included, so electricity and water costs are billed separately by EWS. You can expect a normal amount of additional costs. The house is heated by a heat pump via underfloor heating. However, a parking space and a garage right in front of the house are included in the rent. The neighborhood is quiet and the street is relatively quiet. Currently we have a cat flap and a cat net on the balcony, which can be taken over, otherwise we will replace the glass and remove the net.
