About the house:
Our house is a well-maintained corner house with a sunny garden. It features a new, modern kitchen with steamer & dishwasher as well as induction stove. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with an open kitchen. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. In the attic, there are two more bedrooms that provide space for the whole family. An outdoor parking space directly in front of the house is included.
Location and surroundings:
The house is located 10 minutes on foot from the train station, where you can find connections (S26) to Winterthur / Rapperswil every half hour. A shopping opportunity / bakery is directly across the street and is open 7 days a week.
Rental conditions:
The rental start is possible by arrangement, but at the earliest from June 25. The rent is 2150.- CHF per month including additional costs (200.- CHF advance). The heating costs (heat pump) are billed via the electricity bill and are directly charged to the tenant.
