Single house for rent - 8714 Feldbach

We, Bruno 50 years old, Rebekka 49 years old, and Elena 49 years old, are looking for a new roommate.

Two rooms are available. The idea would actually be to find someone who rents both rooms. The price is 1350.- per month. Included are electricity, water, TV & internet. Waste disposal, toilet paper, and various cleaning materials are billed separately. A parking space costs an additional 50.- per month.
The house offers a lot of space inside and outside. Various rooms as well as the vegetable garden can be used. There are two bathrooms in the house. Other rooms include:

• Kitchen
• TV room
• Lounge with tables
• Pinball lounge
• large garden

I, Bruno, am the owner of the house and therefore take on the role of the owner. We like it clean and tidy. Smoking is allowed in the house. However, the rooms do NOT smell of it.

SURROUNDINGS:

• Lake is reachable in 3 minutes on foot
• Feldbach train station is reachable in 10 minutes (S 7)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Employed roommate from 35 years old (employment contract/salary statement must be available)
• We like it tidy and clean
• Independent and cheerful person
• No pets
• Mandatory insurance is a must
