The very special house is situated in the countryside with a very good neighborhood. It has a large wooden terrace, balcony, grounds (sloping), wood heating, workshop, attic and a parking space.

Car recommended as no public transport nearby, no pets and only for 1 person.
A private hotspot connection is necessary.

Important to me is experience with wood heating, careful handling of wooden floors and no pets! Happy to rent to a person with a handyman and gardening flair. The house is for someone who loves simplicity and lives close to nature.
Rental price of 1450.00 CHF per month, excluding electricity.
Should it come to subletting, a debt enforcement register extract, the 1st rent and a deposit in the amount of the rent will be due in advance.
