The living room and all rooms are equipped with oak floorboards: 3 rooms (S, M, L), unique partially two-story living room with office gallery. 1 storage room on the ground floor, 1 storage room on the upper floor as well as the large attic and the small cellar provide almost 60m2 of additional space in addition to the living area. The compact bathroom on the upper floor was also extensively renovated in 2024 (bathtub). The timeless Forster kitchen made of metal features a stainless steel work surface as well as a stone counter and is equipped with a combi-steamer, separate oven, and all usual comforts. The washing machine and the drying room are located outside the house section in the ground floor intermediate area by the heating and are to be used with the basement apartment party (currently the landlord). The guest toilet of the house section is also located on the ground floor in the laundry room.
Thermal solar collectors and a modern wood heating system with storage provide ecological warmth. The procurement of wood and the stocking of the wood heating are alternated with the basement apartment party.
