It is located on a now traffic-calmed street and with triple-glazed windows, it is quiet inside (except for one neighbor, you really don't hear much) and thanks to the new fancy heat pump, it is also cozy and ecologically warm. The kitchen and bathrooms are new and of high standard. The house has 2 balconies and 2 terraces, is close to fields, forests, streams, lakes, meadows, and the Badi-Seebach. With Coop and the friendly Turk around the corner, food is available at almost any time of day and night. Fredy the hedgehog lives in the bushes in front of the large terrace and will occasionally come to visit you. Goodie for car and bike riders - an underground garage accessible from the house with one parking space. The connection to the highway is great - public transport has two connections from Buhnstrasse right in front of the house (2 min). Oh yes - there is also a bunker for your wine cellar and if you like :) A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available in the basement.
