This is an exchange offer. (Provider ID: 323646) We currently live in a Bernoulli house in Zurich. 4 rooms, kitchen, 2 toilets, and a bathroom, cellar and washing tower. The living space is spread over three floors. A balcony and a terrace to the private garden also belong to the house, where creativity can be unleashed in the garden. A parking space in front of the door is included in the rent. In return, we are looking for a bright and open 3-4 room apartment, preferably on the top floor. A good public transport connection would be advantageous, preferably in higher located neighborhoods like Witikon or a bit outside, e.g. Bassersdorf.
