In an idyllic, quiet location, directly on the Birsig, we are renting our 5 1/2-room double-family house.
Bus stop BLT No. 60, one and a half minutes, school four minutes walking distance.
The garden has been designed and maintained as a natural garden. An uncovered parking space is located directly in front of the house, rental parking spaces are available at Strehlgasse.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with integrated kitchen (with dishwasher) as well as direct access to the terrace and garden.
On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, as well as an open landing with access to the gallery of the attic.
In the attic (with sloping roof), there is another spacious bedroom next to the gallery.
The basement consists of a large, fully developed room, a small bathroom with shower, as well as a laundry-drying room and a cellar room.
The house is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating.
The relationship in the neighborhood is friendly and harmonious.
