We are giving our beloved home into trustworthy hands for half a year!
While we are traveling, we are looking for a cheerful, uncomplicated couple/family to enjoy the nature-close life in the mountains - and to lovingly care for our cuddly cat.
The house, full of charm, wooden floors, and a cozy atmosphere has 4½ large rooms and two bathrooms spread over approximately 160 m². It is over 100 years old, full of heart, and has been furnished with a lot of love. The heat pump combined with underfloor heating provides pleasant base warmth - the soapstone stove and Tiba stove add extra coziness in the cold winter months.
The ski area Grüsch Danusa is less than 10 minutes away. In the village itself, there is also a small ski lift, as well as a toboggan run and a cable car that leads to a wonderful sun terrace.
The 500 m2 large garden with vegetable and herb garden invites you to relax, tinker, or simply soak up the sun - with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.
We are renting our house from January 1st to the end of June 2026 (flexible start/end possible) for CHF 1500.- per month, excluding additional costs. Deposit: 1 month's rent
