We are renting by arrangement, expected from mid-July / early August, a terraced single-family house in 8155 Niederhasli.
The house offers 5.5 rooms, spread over four floors including a large basement. It also has a garden of approximately 30 m². A tumbler and a washing machine are already available in the basement. Two garage parking spaces with direct access to the house are included in the rental price.
Renovations 2025
On the first and second floors, there are two completely renovated bathrooms. The bathroom on the 1st floor is equipped with a bathtub, while the bathroom on the 2nd floor has a (rain) shower. The renovation work is not yet fully completed but is expected to be finished by the end of July. The entire house, including the rooms, will be completely painted white. Additionally, a new induction stove has been installed and two rooms will receive new flooring.
Please note that the two rooms on the 1st floor are connected by a sliding door. This adjustment is not visible in the attached plans as it was made afterwards.
Location
Several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. The Niederhasli and Niederglatt train stations are within a few minutes' walk. Various shopping options (such as Otto's, Migros, Nestlé-Shop) are also easily accessible on foot.
