We are renting our 6 1/2-room single-family house with an additional attached winter garden (22 m2, heated, additionally with a Swedish stove) in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood without through traffic.
The house has a cozy living atmosphere with visible wooden beams in the kitchen and living room, panel ceilings in the upper floor in all rooms, kitchen, shower/WC (ground floor) and hallway with granite floor, living room and ground floor room with parquet, the 4 (bedroom) rooms in the upper floor have carpet floors, the bathroom/shower/WC (upper floor) has a tiled floor. Underfloor heating in all rooms (heat pump). On the ground floor, there is an open living kitchen with a glass ceramic stove and TIBA wood stove, which heats the tiled stove in the living room. Additionally, there is a small utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer on the ground floor.
The partially covered outdoor seating area is oriented to the south and towards the large lawn area, where there is also a garden shed (3x3m area with additional roof).
In the basement of the house, there is a cellar with partially natural floor, the heating and drying room, the air raid shelter, and the garage.
The house also includes a separate vegetable garden with a tool shed and there is another outdoor parking space.
On the roof of the house, a PV system is installed - the approximate electricity consumption is included in the ancillary cost advance payments.
Finally, a 2.5-room apartment has been added to the house in the basement (i.e., at ground level from the street). This is rented long-term and is NOT PART of the single-family house rental.
