We are renting a row house in a quiet and family-friendly residential area in Kollbrunn starting July 1, 2025, or by arrangement. The kindergarten, primary school, and shopping facilities are within a few minutes' walk. The row house was built in 2002 and renovated in 2018. On the second floor, there are two almost equally sized rooms with enough space and charming sloping ceilings. In the basement, there is plenty of storage space. Also practical is the own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You can conveniently access the underground garage from the basement.
An underground parking space can be rented for CHF 130.00/month.
