Shared apartment looking for a friendly roommate in Greifensee

We - an existing shared apartment - have been living in a quiet, green area in Greifensee for five years and are looking for a reliable, animal-loving person who can imagine becoming part of our relaxed and warm home.

Our home offers you:

• Quiet and peaceful location with friendly neighbors (including a doctor and a young family)
• Only 5 minutes on foot to Greifensee, to Migros or to the train station – with the bike you can get there even faster: about 2 minutes to the lake, 2 minutes to Migros and 3-4 minutes to the train station
• Two cuddly cats and around 80 fish in the aquarium
• A shared apartment with respect, calmness, and an open, down-to-earth togetherness Room & Extras:
  The free room is located under the sloping roof. So that you still have enough space for your clothes, we provide you with your own, specially designed clothes room on the lower floor (1st floor).
  There you will find:
  • A 5.30 m long wooden board for folding and organizing
  • A private clothes rack with approx. 1.20 m width
    In terms of area, this is even more than a regular wardrobe – so far, all roommates have been very satisfied with it!

A small note in advance:
If you come for a viewing before the end of June, you may encounter a small garden construction site. We started the project about four months ago, then unfortunately a back injury got in the way – and since then it has been at a standstill. But don’t worry: We are back on it and organizing everything anew. This will not last forever – promised!

What is important to us:
We wish for someone who, like us, is in stable employment, organizes their life independently, and is not dependent on support from the social welfare office or similar institutions. Unfortunately, we had to make bad experiences in the past and want to avoid such situations in the future.
