From the living room you reach the covered, large seating area in the idyllic garden area.
On the ground floor there is also a toilet, a storage/utility room with an air-water heat pump heating system including a 400-litre electric boiler plus a separate cellar room with a gravel floor.
Stairs lead to the sleeping level, where a total of four bedrooms are located. Also on this floor is a bathroom with a double washbasin and a shower with toilet. The rooms are partly equipped with practical built-in wardrobes and sloping panelled ceilings. The floor on the upper floor is covered with a new, light wooden parquet floor.
In the knee-wall area there is a spacious attic room.
Another attic, located directly under the gable of the roof, can be reached via a pull-down ladder.
The windows on the living and sleeping floors were replaced in 2016 with high-quality wood-metal windows.
In the basement, in the former hobby room, a bedroom and a small living room have been built in by previous tenants, which can be taken over if required. A further cellar room with direct outside access, an air-raid shelter which can be used as a cellar and a natural cellar room round off the generous room programme.
There are no wet rooms in the basement.
