We are looking for a tenant for our cozy single-family house (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower, sep. WC, bathtub) from June 1st, 2025, as it is becoming too small for us due to family growth.
The house includes 2 outdoor parking spaces, a large basement, laundry room and grounds that must be maintained by the tenant (mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, etc.).

Utilities are paid directly by the tenant (approx. 250 per month).

The house is located near a lake, in a quiet neighborhood with a private road.
