The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, six minutes on foot from the Rickenbach-Attikon train station. The highway connections "Oberwinterthur" and "Attikon" can be reached in 3 minutes by car. Attikon belongs to the municipality of Wiesendangen, which has a low tax rate and a good school and club offering. Children are picked up by school bus until the 3rd grade.

Room program
On the eastern edge of the village of Attikon lies this charming single-family house. The house offers a cozy living space for a family and a spacious garden that invites you to linger, play, and grill.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a large room with a concrete floor. There are also three additional rooms with natural stone floors in the basement. Excellent for storing wine, food, or overwintering plants. The hot water is heated by an electric boiler.
The ground floor provides access to the house through a vestibule. This protects against drafts, especially in the colder months. The semi-open kitchen has space for a small breakfast table. Despite the older condition of the kitchen furniture, it has modern appliances (ceramic glass stove, convection oven, and dishwasher). The separate dining room with charming strip parquet features a beautiful tiled stove, which is fired from the kitchen. The living room is equipped with a terracotta tiled floor and creates a cozy atmosphere with the fireplace. From the living room, you can access the large terrace through a balcony door, which is additionally equipped with a pavilion with a wooden platform. (The second, smaller terrace is located at the entrance of the house). The many windows allow plenty of daylight into every room.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms of different sizes, as well as an additional office with sloping ceilings and built-in wardrobes. All rooms are carpeted. One room also offers a charming balcony that provides a wonderful view of the garden of the property. All rooms and the bathroom are accessible via a corridor, the office through the parents' bedroom. The bathroom has the advantage of a closomat.
A hatch with a pull-down ladder leads to the spacious attic. Here, clothes, books, travel bags, or toys can be stored dry.
In the outdoor area, in addition to the two seating areas, there is a generous bike and garden room, a nook under the entrance stairs for storing firewood, and two parking spaces.
The move-in date is possible from July 1, 2025, or by arrangement. The rent is understood as net rent. All additional costs (electricity, water, TV fees, etc.) are added.
