Row house in a nature-friendly, ecological and child-friendly settlement above the village of Wald, on the edge of the forest. The settlement dates from the 1990s and is cooperatively organized.

The house section is largely built with ecological building materials, well insulated, has a conservatory, two balconies, a fireplace and a large cellar. The living spaces are spread over 3 floors, the floor area of each floor is approx. 5 by 10 meters. Heating is provided by a central wood chip heating system. Solar collectors and a photovoltaic system generate additional energy.

The cooperative includes a barn with community rooms, vegetable gardens for private use, a central square under plane trees for grilling and pizza baking and many play opportunities for children. Compost is centrally processed, a neighborhood sauna is available. Participation in the maintenance of the communal facilities on three "work Saturdays" per year and a love of gardening and co-creation are expected of the tenants.
