During the winter season, the house is perfectly located just a few hundred meters from the Obersaxen Misanenga ski lift, the Rufalipark, and the ski slope to Meierhof. From the house, you can ski directly to the slope to the valley station Meierhof and after a nice day on the slopes, ski directly back to the house.

Also during the summer season, the house is in an optimal location, just a few minutes' walk and you are in the local recreation area. The large terrace invites you to enjoy summer evenings and forget everyday stress.

For parking vehicles, 2 outdoor parking spaces are available, which are included in the rent.

The Bergheimat is partially furnished. We rent the "Bergheimat" as a "whole"; it is not possible to rent only a part. The monthly rent is CHF 980.00, additional costs -> at the tenant's expense. The surrounding work in summer and winter will be taken over by the tenant.
