A large garage with direct access to the house belongs to the house. There is a terrace above the garage. From the terrace you can go directly into the workshop, where there is plenty of space for tools.
There is also a small garden.
On the ground floor there is access to the garage and access to the terrace. The living room is large enough for a dining area. A tiled stove is also located in the room, but it can no longer be used.
In the kitchen there is a wooden seating area. Refrigerator, dishwasher and oven work perfectly.
The guest bathroom has a shower and a built-in wardrobe.
There is also a small room on the ground floor which we used as an office.
The basement can be accessed from the ground floor and from the garage. One of the 3 rooms houses the laundry room with a tumble dryer and a freezer that can be used (tenants are responsible themselves).
On the upper floor there is a bathroom with built-in wardrobes and a bathtub. There are also 4 more rooms, 2 of them smaller. One of the smaller rooms has an old built-in wardrobe.
All living rooms are carpeted (3 years old), except for the wood room, which still has a wooden floor.
The attic can also be used, but it is not insulated.
There is a wallbox for electric cars in the garage.
The house is rented exclusively to non-smokers.
