From the underground garage you reach a large entrance area with spacious cupboards. right next to the entrance there is a basement compartment. A few steps further up there is an open room (lower ground floor) and access to the garden. There is also a bathroom and washing machine / tumble dryer. On the ground floor / raised ground floor there is the entrance area from the outside, a toilet, the kitchen and a dining-living room. From the kitchen you reach the terrace, from the dining-living room you reach a balcony and from here into the small garden. The single-family house is located in the municipality of Stallikon (ZH), in the hamlet of Tägerst, which is traversed by the Lättenbach. The two cities, Zurich and Zug, are quickly accessible.
The property is set back from the road and borders the agricultural zone to the north. The hamlet comprises approx. 22 residential units. In the immediate vicinity are a few more residential houses.
There are hiking and cycling trails right on the doorstep. The bathing area at Lake Türlersee can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike.
