I am looking for a new space to store my luggage and further develop my project WAO Studio (We Are One Studio), my artistic, musical, and spiritual project.

I am a musician, composer, producer, musical director, cosmic traveler, and artist who is passionate about sound creation, musical communication, and consciousness development.

Currently, my project and personal life are in full upheaval.
I am looking for a space that supports my creativity, independence, and spiritual growth.




The type of space I am looking for:

- A quiet, inspiring, and bright place where creativity can be expressed freely and without distractions.
- Ideally with a space that serves as a studio for recording, production, and music dissemination, but also a space for working and creating in a fluid process (if possible with pleasant acoustics or adaptability).
- A spacious place where I can welcome my collaborators, friends, musicians, and artists while creating a zen-like atmosphere and an environment for meditation and introspection.
- I am also open to a place with an outdoor area, if possible, to connect with nature when necessary for my creative balance.



What I can offer the place:

- A professional studio with high-quality music production equipment.
- A benevolent, respectful presence.
- A space for creative exchange and artistic collaboration with musicians, producers, artists, and enthusiasts.
- A spiritual dimension through music, consciousness development, musical coaching, and community projects around music and art.
- I am also open to the idea of cohabiting with individuals who share a similar vision or working with creative minds on transversal projects.

My additional criteria:

- The possibility of a short or medium-term rental (with a planned move for June 6, 2025).
- A quiet environment, perhaps near nature or an inspiring place.
- A space that favors independent creation, where I can focus on creating my art while being connected to the energy of the community.
