For the duration of our sabbatical from summer 2025 to summer 2026, we are renting out our beautiful and beloved 5 1/2-room house in Zurich-Affoltern.

- Four bedrooms, three of which are newly renovated (new walls and restored floors)
- Guest toilet on the ground floor and new bathroom upstairs
- Beautiful, large garden for garden lovers with a shed/garage
- Two outdoor parking spaces on the property
- Laundry room and cellar
- New air heat pump heater
- Connection to public transport: 5 mins; 10 mins to the Affoltern center; 15 mins to Oerlikon; 20 mins to Zurich city center
- Motorway: 5 mins

We rent out our house with the furniture and kitchen equipment (if requested, we will store furniture that is not needed by the tenants in the basement). The rental price includes additional costs and TV & Internet, payable on the 28th of the previous month. The energy costs including operation of the heat pump heating are included in your personal electricity bill.

Our two sweet and easy-care cats can be kept and cared for by the tenants for this period if they wish (this is not a must). Garden maintenance is not included in the rental price; External garden maintenance is charged at CHF 200 per month.
