I will have to move to another country "for good" and therefore i am looking for a sub-tenant. probably from 01.06.2025 onwards. i am going to confirm that next week.
i would like to leave all my furnitures, bed and house hold appliances (tv, soundbar, cleaning robot, sofas, chairs and so on...). so I am looking for someone that is willing to take it as it is. for sure i will sell it for a reasonable price. i bought everything 2 years ago. they are still as "new".

this house shares a huge swimming pool that can be used anytime from April until September every year.
there is also a nice balcony and a backyard.
train station 1min walking distance. connect directly to center of Zurich.
3 supermarkets in the street. 5 min walking distance.

it is a duplex, so you will be living in the first and second floor. no one living above you. completely silent.

this 2200 CHF has also a indoor garage. 1 min walking distance.

i speak a little bit of German. so if you don't speak english we can find a way.
