Family from Jorat-Menthue, 2 adults 2 children (17 and 13 years old) looking in the Bercher plateau du Jorat area, (see list of villages below) apartment, house, villa, renovated farm, etc.

We have been renting a renovated farm with two apartments since 2013, we take care of the interior maintenance (concierge service) and the exterior maintenance (mowing, pruning, etc.) to be discussed for our future housing.

The owners wish to reclaim our housing, we have a lease for a long duration but by mutual agreement we can move with a notice period of 30 days.

So that our child who is still in school can continue his schooling in Bercher, we are looking for new housing that meets at least the criteria mentioned above.
