From July 1st, or by agreement, we rent a semi-detached house at Bützackerweg 10 in Belp. The house is located in a quiet area, near the Belper Aue recreation area, with a beautiful view of the greenery and towards Längenberg. Distance to the "Bützacker" bus stop 200 m.
Access is at ground level, without steps, approx. 30 m from the parking lot. In front of the house is a flowering flowerbed. Behind the house, there is a approx. 200 m2 green area with a garden shed and a garden grill.
From the entrance with wardrobe you enter the open living area with dining area, open kitchen, toilet and utility room. A Swedish stove is available in the living area.
Upstairs is the bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. Here are also the three bedrooms (two with large window and access to the balcony).
A large room in the attic can be furnished as a bedroom or multi-purpose room.
In the basement is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, the boiler and the water softener. In the rear part there is a hobby room and the air raid shelter.
The large lawn is mowed by a robot. The remaining lawn care must be taken care of by the tenants. Various garden tools, tools and lawn care machines are available in the garden shed. A part of the vegetable garden may be used for own use. Tree pruning is taken over by the landlord.
The rental price, including shed, parking space, garden shed with tools and garden grill, amounts to CHF 2'950 per month. Additional costs for heating, chimney sweep, burner service, boiler service and water softener amount to approx. CHF 200 per month. Consumption-dependent costs for water, wastewater, electricity, garbage disposal fees, TV/radio fees are borne by the tenants.
The deposit is two months' rent.
