The historic house Lumerins houses the restaurant Lumerins as well as a 3.5 and 2.5 room apartment and is located in the village center of Lumbrein, a picturesque mountain village in the Val Lumnezia. The location in the village center and directly on the road is ideal for the restaurant and, due to the low traffic, still quiet. The view of the surrounding mountain panorama with Péz Regina and Péz Terri is excellent.

Vella and the mountain railways can be reached by car or post bus (free ski bus in winter) in about eight minutes. From the ski area, you can ski down almost to the restaurant via the home run slope.

Restaurant Lumerins

The small and fine restaurant "Lumerins" on the ground floor offers space for 20+ guests inside and another 18 on the garden terrace. The restaurant can be rented fully equipped (catering equipment, dishes, and furniture) with or without apartments and by arrangement.

As an attraction and visitor magnet, the Cristagl Péz Regina is presented in a beautiful showcase at the garden terrace; with a weight of over one ton, it is the largest crystal group in Switzerland.

The rental price is CHF 550.- per month excluding electricity, rental from May 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
